Gina and Joe Brockmeyer and Ruth Flanders are the new coordinators for the Formal Dinner and Agape Feast for Chrysalis. Please email all of them if you want to help with formal dinner on Chrysalis 60 (7/17) or Chrysalis 61 (8/7).
Because the Brockmeyers and Ruth live so far from the retreat sites they have no way to make all of the food. They are asking for money from the teams and for help from the community in making the food. However, don't start making food before contacting Ruth and Gina, else you might end up making food that's already made by someone else.
